INITIAL CONSULTATION
Understanding the client’s needs, vision, and budget.
BUDGETING
Provide a comprehensive budget breakdown, including materials, labour and contingencies.
PROJECT PLANNING
Develop a detailed project schedule outlining key milestones, ensuring necessary resources are available at each stage of the project. Initiate the trade tendering process.
CONSTRUCTION
Regular site visits monitoring progress and quality while ensuring adherence to the project schedule. Maintain transparency through open lines of communication with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
PROJECT CLOSEOUT
Final walkthrough with the client creating a punch list to identify and address any necessary service work or adjustments, ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the client’s expectations prior to move-in.
