Shimon and his team were great to work with. As we lived in our home during a bathroom and laundry room renovation we got to know his trades very well. In addition to doing amazing work, they were all incredibly friendly, trustworthy and respectful of our home. Shimon is responsive and focused on ensuring things are done right and his clients are satisfied with the quality and outcome. His work was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend Shimon and his SB team to others!

Shimon absolutely delivered for us. Not only did he and his guys do high quality work for an excellent price, but they worked fast as well. Before starting the job, I explained to Shimon that I had a very short window to complete the work, and he got everything done ahead of schedule (pretty much unheard of in the construction industry).

Also, we had an issue with the undermount lighting in our kitchen A YEAR AND A HALF LATER, and he had his electrician come over by the end of the week to fix it pro bono.

All around very pleased with the work.

When we bought our new home it needed a solid makeover. We wanted to move in within a few months and have the work completed in that short time frame. Shimon was brought onto the team quickly and did a thorough walk through of the space to give us clear expectations of what should be done along with our list of wants. The teams Shimon brought into our home were respectful and highly skilled craftsman. Everyone from the painters, flooring, tilers, and woodworkers were excellent and took pride in the work they completed. Our home is beautiful and that is in big part to Shimon’s management of the work.

Shimon and SB Homes have been an absolute dream to work with. Not only that, they made my life a breeze while they worked on my renovation while I was out of town. They took difficult tasks off my plate and managed important pre-existing relationships with nothing but professionalism.

He’s found a customer for life.

Shimon was excellent to deal with during my renovation. No matter what my old home threw at him, he had a suggestion and dealt with the problem. I am thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend him for any project you are considering. A pleasure to work with.

It was a pleasure working with Shimon for my renovation (two full floors). It was great to have him as a single point of contact for everything, making the process very easy for me. The site was clean and Shimon always seemed on top of everything. He's very communicative and proactive and I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him.
